The Strategic Consulting Group utilizes its experience to advise select clients on acquisitions and divestment of energy related upstream, midstream and service assets. EOR also has the information to advise clients on corporate development and strategies to capture new opportunities.

  ROY JACKSON

  ROY JACKSON Partner Roy Jackson is the president and founder of Energy OnRamp, LLC. He began his career in the Permian Basin in the late 70’s. Throughout the last 40 years, Roy has successfully developed, identified, and managed oil and gas opportunities for his customers and clients in various regards. His experience includes a variety from assisting clients with numerous acquisitions and divestment transactions related to upstream assets to the development of an accounting application for up-stream oil and gas, OGAS. Jackson has successfully completed over 200 transactions related to upstream oil and gas assets and advised numerous companies in the development and marketing of technology applications in the upstream, service and midstream space.
  
  Roy was appointed in October 2018 by the 143rd District Court in Reeves County, Texas to be the Rehabilitative Receiver for the Hanging H Ranch, Inc. The Hanging H Ranch, Inc. consists of 67,000 deeded acres in Loving, Reeves and Pecos counties of Texas and has 70,000 acres leased for cattle grazing. In addition to being a working cattle ranch, the company also supplies services and interacts with the 12 active oil and gas operators that are working on the ranch in some of the most active portions of the Delaware Basin.
  
  Roy is a member of PBPA, ADAM Permian, and SPE and is past chairman of FEPA, a Permian focused networking forum for the Energy Industry. Roy recently joined the Board of Directors for the Life Center of the Permian Basin.

  SUZANNE LAINE

  SUZANNE LAINE Executive Vice President Suzanne Laine is the Executive Vice President of Energy Onramp, LLC, a community and Oil and Gas industry relationship builder and master project organizer.
  
  With her hands on background in law administrative services and private equity groups, over the years, Suzanne has successfully co-founded and sold companies with a concentration on Oil and Gas real estate, negotiated land transactions and minerals management projects. As a visionary, her innate ability to connect major key players to facilitate the bigger picture is unrivaled as she brings a fearless, tenacious, and committed energy to a seat at the “table”.
  
  Suzanne has worked with thousands of people over the years from politicians to celebrities and well-known entrepreneurs to professional sports figures. She has a charitable spirit by always giving back and making a difference in her community.
  
  She speaks on Mineral Management, leaseholds and buying and selling Oil and Gas real estate, and how to build a charitable business anonymously. In her spare time she spends quality time with her family and friends, as well as volunteering within her community.
  
  Suzanne resides with her husband, best friend and business partner, Matthew with their four young adult children, along with their two yellow Labrador Retrievers in Tyler, Texas.

  STEVE OWEN, CPA

  STEVE OWEN Project Consulting Steve manages the project consulting group for Energy OnRamp LLC. He has over forty years of oil and gas accounting experience.
  
  The last 15 years Steve has provided consulting services to upstream and midstream companies in the oil and gas industry. His main focus has been as Contract CFO, but he has also provided support for implementation, integration and processing on oil and gas accounting systems.
  
  Prior to his consulting career Steve was a partner for 20 years at McGinnis, Owen and Berger a regional accounting firm located in the Austin/San Antonio area. The firm provided tax and accounting services to small businesses and individuals. During this time Steve did provide services to both debtors and creditors involved in bankruptcy.
  
  Steve was CFO and COO of Midstates Oil Company for 1982 through 1986.
  
  He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1977 with a BBA in Finance and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1988.
  
  He is a member of Council of Petroleum Accountants-Houston and IPAA.

  AMBER JENKINS Bookkeeper Amber Jenkins is a bookkeeper for The Roy Jackson Team. She is an expert at keeping all financial related records for multiple receivership clients, as well as TRJT business consultancy clients and for the team itself.
  
  Her ability to keep things in order, get the job done and keep things moving smoothly is unparalleled.
  
  Over the last seventeen years, Amber has worked with hundreds of people in the bookkeeping space, as well as within her church community. She speaks openly on the church and enjoys time with family, friends, and neighbors. She is a Cowboys fan and loves anything artistic. Amber is a member of the Remedy Church and Children’s Ministry and is trained in sign language.
  
  Amber resides in Waxahachie, Texas with her husband and best friend, Eric, along with their daughter Anna.
